Zachary Davis, Esq., is a Florida licensed attorney that has worked in the Medical Marijuana industry for nearly a decade. Zach and his team applied for and were granted a Florida Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (“MMTC”) license. Zach assisted with overseeing the operations of the business including, but not limited, to getting the business operational, receiving regulatory approvals, liaison between regulators and other licensees, in-house general counsel and more. In this role, Zach essentially served as CEO, COO and CCO. Z.D. is also a seed investor in new and emerging industries, while also working in venture capital to work hand in hand with the companies he invests in to meet financial goals. To name a few, he has invested from the seed round in a leading drone company, boat security and GPS company, and a company that provides leadership courses. Zach also provides leadership coaching for free to those that have asked him through the years and has five (5) individuals that he has now been working with for two (2) years. As CCO for our Company, Zach will oversee all operations and ensure our Company is operating in compliance with regulatory requirements in place. Further, he will serve as liaison between the Company and regulators.
