Andrew Mark Young, an immigrant from Jamaica, currently serves as CFO of a large vertically integrated cannabis company. He has devoted his career to finance operations for large scale companies in and out of the cannabis industry. With his experience in leading financial projections and developing annual budgets for a large-scale cannabis company, Mark is an invaluable asset to our Company. He has assisted in developing our financial projections and funding plan as further discussed herein. As CFO, Mark will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the companys financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
