Joel Sirmon

Co-CEO

Joel is the owner of Sirmon Farms, with his brother James. Sirmon Farms is a legacy family farm of five generations, having began in the early 1900s. It has evolved over the past 100 years into one of the largest sweet potato processing facilities in the U.S. They own about 4000 acres of land and also farm an additional 500 acres. Joel gives back to the community he lives and works in, including working with local universities; hosting community outings including corn maze, sunflower picking; donating farmed produce to the hungry and more. Joel’s experience in farming a variety of crops, strong business expertise in the agricultural industry and his deep roots in the community make him the perfect fit for this position. While serving as Co-CEO, Joel will oversee all aspects related to soil management and crop production.
