Joseph Nicholson is a seasoned security consultant. He served as Director of Compliance and Investigations for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. In this role, he oversaw and managed all aspects of the Medical Marijuana Compliance Program. He currently serves as Director of Compliance and Security for an armored vehicle company, and consults for cannabis businesses in Massachusetts, catering to the highly regulated legal cannabis industry. He also served as a Division Security Officer for U.S. Department of Justice. He is excited to bring his background and expertise to create a large-scale secure and compliant operation in the Alabama market. As CSO, he will work with the team to ensure that the operations are safe and secure for the staff, community and patients. In addition, he will interview, train and coordinate security and other staff as well as serve as liason between the Company and local police.
